there is no app on the tool to tell you where the obd2 connector port is. There is however android apps for  this however you would need to be able to use google play store . We do not have access to this with the maxysis . If you use you safari app on the maxisys go to http://fitguide.installernet.com/progressive/  (its from progressive the insurance company) and that will show you where the obd2 ports are along with a photo of the port location.

     Hi,

I use another website than i think more complete, and have a app for android (by the Google Store).

I add to my MaxiSys web Browser the page to be faster to consult:

    http://www.outilsobdfacile.com/location-plug-connector-obd.php

If the car don't exist you can send a email with the image and the add it.

Awesome, thnx, I still had it on my to do list to find the best site for this (and stop wasting time looking for well hidden consoles), now I won't even have to waste time in looking for such a site.

    Thumbs up!

However, I would greatly appreciate if Autel would include this in their console software, since that is the tool I have at hand while working on a car. Internet is not always available !

     No need to thank;)

If we all contribute to our knowledge, we all have to gain.

I agree when you say that there should be something that would help in the location of the chips, already built into the equipment.

Both could be developed an application in android and within the existing application, as might be the links a link to a site that made this location ...

Thank you for sharing this info. Good! Engineers say they currently have no plan to add this due to some reasons.
